- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated and age-appropriate lessons in the assigned subject.
- Prepare lesson plans, teaching resources and learning activities in line with the school curriculum and academic standards.
- Use a variety of teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs and abilities of students.
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment.
- Promote critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, problem-solving and independent learning.
- Integrate appropriate technology and other instructional resources into teaching and learning.
- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain high standards of student behaviour.
