    Team Lead (SME / Business Banking)

    Your Mission

    • Inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers to win new SME and corporate clients.
    • Deliver strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions.
    • Build lasting partnerships with market leaders and trade associations.
    • Maintain portfolio health and repayment discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance.
    • Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed ambitious targets.
    • Represent the bank in key market forums and champion financial inclusion.

    Requirements
    What We’re Looking For:

    • Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a Business-related field with 5+ years in SME/business banking with proven lending experience.
    • Deep understanding of Oshodi – Mushin – Ladipo markets and their dynamics.
    • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and credit analysisabilities.

    Salary
    N350,000 / Month.
