Team Lead (SME / Business Banking)

Your Mission
- Inspire and guide a team of Business Banking Officers to win new SME and corporate clients.
- Deliver strong loan portfolio growth through innovative lending solutions.
- Build lasting partnerships with market leaders and trade associations.
- Maintain portfolio health and repayment discipline while ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate your team to exceed ambitious targets.
- Represent the bank in key market forums and champion financial inclusion.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a Business-related field with 5+ years in SME/business banking with proven lending experience.
- Deep understanding of Oshodi – Mushin – Ladipo markets and their dynamics.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and credit analysisabilities.
Salary
N350,000 / Month.
