Requirements
What We’re Looking For:

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in a Business-related field with 5+ years in SME/business banking with proven lending experience.
• Deep understanding of Oshodi – Mushin – Ladipo markets and their dynamics.
• Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and credit analysisabilities.

Salary
N350,000 / Month.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Business Banking Officers sourcing and growing SME and corporate clients.
• Drive loan portfolio growth through tailored lending solutions for traders, market associations, and SMEs.
• Cultivate strong relationships with market leaders, associations, and unions to expand market penetration.
• Monitor portfolio quality, ensure repayment discipline, and maintain credit compliance.
• Mentor, coach, and develop team members to exceed targets.
• Represent the bank in market forums and promote financial inclusion.

Requirements

• BSc/HND in Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years’ progressive experience in business or SME banking with proven lending expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of Victoria Island to Lekki markets.
• Strong credit analysis, lending, and portfolio management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and achieve businessgrowthtargets.

Salary
N350,000 monthly.
