    Credit Sales Officer

    Job Overview

    • The Credit Sales Officer is responsible for driving revenue growth by building and managing relationships with high-value clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering tailored financial solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial products, excellent sales acumen, and the ability to balance client needs with risk and compliance considerations.

    Key Duties & Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain relationships with high-profile loan clients through strategic sourcing and outreach
    • Identify client needs and recommend tailored financial solutions aligned with their borrowing goals
    • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets, contributing directly to revenue growth
    • Promote and cross-sell company products while addressing client concerns in collaboration with internal teams
    • Conduct preliminary reviews of loan applications to identify and mitigate potential risks
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal policies in all sales activities
    • Prepare and present detailed sales reports, leveraging market insights to attract and retain clients
    • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and client engagement
    • Support sales initiatives and collaborate with the broader team to achieve business objectives
