Team Lead, Marketer & Team Lead, Sales Rep at Karakata Lifestyle Solutions Limited

Job responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Marketer & Team Lead for Sale of water filtration systems, security systems, water tank & facade cleaning services.
You should be able to complete back-to-back development of market for assigned products, win new customers and the proper care of existing customers, reach and exceed all assigned targets, prepare weekly status and sales reports, capable of being a good ambassador for the company, manage, create and enforce workflow charts for Team members, capable of not just working in and managing a team, but most importantly motivating and nurturing Team members to attainment of company goals, creation and care of customer database.
Job qualification:

• Minimum qualification is a Bachelor of Science in the Social Sciences preferably Sciences or Engineering. 
• At least Two years work experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector or demonstrable results from past employment as a Target breaking sales person.
• Very presentable polished and well-groomed appearance
• Good spoken English with corresponding above par English writing skills

The Applicant should possess the following:

• A self-starter and highly motivated individual.
• Confident, Goal oriented pace setter, capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Communicative and capable of infecting people with their enthusiasm and excitement for the offered product & Service
• Must be capable of the optimal execution of job-related sales, marketing and customer service for the assigned Locality.
• Someone who sees where others see challenges, Possibilities.
• A valid driver License at least 2-3 years driving experience.
