What We Ask
Bachelors degree
7+ years of work experience in HR, primarily in the field of talent acquisition
Expertise knowledge of recruiting across multiple geographies, regions and/or disciplines is a preference
FMCG industry exerpeince is a preference
Ability to effectively use talent acquisition tools, infrastructure and technology
Strong communication skills and influencing stakeholders
Digital savyness and ability to convert TA insights into actions to drive continuous improvement within the portfolio
Vacancy Description
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process within your region, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate and employee experience. As a single point of contact for candidates, you will provide clear and timely communication, ensuring a smooth hiring journey.
Additionally, you will:
Leverage TA infrastructure effectively, including our career site, LinkedIn Recruiter, saved searches, and TA dashboard to track and measure hiring performance
Work with business and HR stakeholders to understand needs and act as a consultant/expert recruitment partner
Ensure compliance to standard ways of working and use of infrastructure
Track and measure Talent Acquisition performance KPIs and ensure operational excellence in recruitment
Collaborate with our Talent Intelligence Hub for talent mapping and to provide insights on skill and role profiles
Partner closely with the Employer Branding team to drive initiatives that enhance our visibility and reputation as an employer of choice
