JOB SUMMARY
The Learning & Development Manager (Academy) will be responsible for the strategic leadership, administration, growth, and operational management of the Academy. The successful candidate will oversee learning programme design, faculty management, curriculum development, learning technology, participant experience, business development, and revenue generation activities.
The role requires a professional with proven experience in Learning & Development, training administration, academy management, instructional design, talent development, and stakeholder engagement.
The ideal candidate must have successfully managed either a corporate learning academy, training institution, executive education centre, consulting academy, or a similar learning and development function.

REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- Master\'s Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Education, Organizational Development, Business Administration (MBA), or related field is highly desirable.
Professional Certifications (Mandatory)
Candidates must possess at least one or more relevant certifications such as:
- Certified Learning & Development Professional (CLDP)
- Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)
- Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD)
- Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM)
- Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-CP / SHRM-SCP)
- Human Resource Certification Institute (PHR / SPHR)
- Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP)
- Instructional Design Certifications
- Learning & Development Certifications from recognized institutions
Experience
- Minimum of 6–10 years\' progressive experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Organizational Development, Human Capital Consulting, Executive Education, or Corporate Training.
- Minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience managing a training academy, learning institute, corporate university, executive education centre, or similar learning function.
- Proven track record in curriculum design, programme management, faculty coordination, and learning delivery.
- Experience in consulting, professional services, higher education, executive education, or corporate learning environments will be an added advantage.
