    Talent Acquisition Specialist

    Role Overview:

    • We are seeking a motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our talent team.
    • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agency recruitment and will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for both internal and external roles.
    • This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and a keen ability to identify top talent.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of positions.
    • Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract and engage qualified candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other recruitment channels.
    • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide strategic recruitment advice.
    • Leverage agency recruitment experience to manage external agency relationships, ensuring alignment with company hiring goals.
    • Enhance the company's employer brand by promoting a positive candidate experience and participating in employer branding initiatives.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and generate recruitment metrics and reports as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably with a mix of agency and in-house recruitment.
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
    • Experience in recruiting tech and non tech roles.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
    • Demonstrated ability to source and attract top talent through various channels.
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
    • Located in Abuja.
