We are urgently looking for a Corporate Driver who will be responsible for providing safe, reliable, and efficient transportation services for staff and executives of the microfinance institution.
The role requires high levels of professionalism, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies, especially when handling sensitive documents and transporting staff to client meetings, field operations, and official engagements.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport staff and executives to and from office locations, client meetings, field operations, and other official assignments.
Maintain strict confidentiality when transporting confidential documents, cash, or sensitive financial materials.
Ensure the vehicle is always clean, well-maintained, and in good working condition.
Conduct routine checks on the vehicle (fuel level, oil, tires, brakes, water, etc.) and report any defects or required repairs promptly.
Adhere to all traffic laws, company driving policies, and safety regulations.
Keep accurate records of vehicle mileage, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and trip logs.
Assist with dispatch and administrative errands as directed by management.
Ensure timely pickup and drop-off schedules while demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Support field officers and loan recovery teams during client visits when required.
Respond promptly to staff transportation needs and maintain effective communication with the Admin/HR team.
Requirements
SSCE / OND qualification or equivalent.
3–5 years of driving experience, preferably in the financial or corporate sector.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of road networks, routes, and traffic regulations.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents responsibly.
