    HR Officer

    Job Purpose:

    The HR Officer is responsible for timely and accurate support in Recruitment, onboarding and other HR functions.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate recruitment and selection process and invite potential candidate(s) for Interview and ensure smooth onboarding process for new hires
    • Issue and coordinate all required Documentation, this is not limited to Training Qualification, Biodata, HMO, Guarantors, Confidentiality, pension, form and upload same on the HR Software
    •  Address employee grievances and provide guidance on HR related matters to ensure fair application of Company policies
    • Implement performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews
    • Develop and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge
    • Manage benefit programs and ensure compliance with labour laws and regulations
    • Manage all Hotel Accommodation and reservations for staff and partners/Clients (where applicable)
    • Manage all statutory matters, including pension, NSITF, ITF and ensure timely remittances where applicable
    • Coordinate Meetings/refreshments at the Office when necessary and ensure staff welfare at all times. 
    • Facilitate internal communications like memos, correspondences,   presentations etc as needed
    • Ensure proper staff attendance at the Office.
    • Raise Internal Requests as applicable.
    • Perform Administrative Support Activities.
    • Send Weekly Report to your Supervisor.
    • Carryout any other responsibility that may be assigned to you from time to time by your supervisor

    Qualifications

    • B.Sc. / BA in Business Administration or Human Resources from a reputable institution or any other or related field
    • MBA/MSC is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 5 years working experience.
    • CIPM membership is an added advantage
    • Proven experience in HR, or relevant role.
    • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Communications, Operations,
      Strategies, Marketing etc.
    • Knowledge of labour laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication skill
