Minimum of 15 years work experience in the Human Resources Function (and at least 5 years in Senior Management position) with major part of this been in the Oil and Gas industry.
Proven work experience as HRM in the Oil and Gas sector
Membership of HR Professional Body (CIPM, CIPD, etc.)
Skill in Microsoft Office applications: Word, Power Point, Excel; Internet skills; HRIS and relevant HR software.
Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in any discipline.
Master’s Degree is an added advantage.
High networking skills to keep informed of industry trends and best practices.
Willing to Travel within the country where it has its operations.
