    Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist

    • The Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist is responsible for attracting, sourcing and hiring top talent to support the hospital's operational and patient care needs. The role holder will facilitate a welcoming and informative onboarding experience, ensuring all new employees have a seamless transition into the organization.

    Summary of Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals and staff for various hospital departments.
    • Collaborate with Human Resource Business partners for job requisitions and timely filling of open positions.
    • Coordinate and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, candidate outreach, interviews, selection, and offer negotiations.
    • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future job openings, ensuring readiness to meet staffing demands.
    • Oversee the new hire onboarding process to ensure a smooth and positive experience for all incoming employees.
    • Ensure all clinical hires complete relevant credentialing and privileging documentation.
    • Liaise with verification partners to conduct background checks for new hires; verify practicing license of licensed professionals with regulatory institutions.
    • Prepare regular reports on recruitment and onboarding metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, new hire retention rates, onboarding & documentation completion.
    • Participate in Human Resource projects and initiatives aimed at improving employee engagement and retention.

    Job Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
    • ACIPM/PHRI, SHRM-CP or relevant HR certifications
    • 5+ years of relevant work experience in similar HR role
