General Manager at Amach Security Services

A leading and reputable security services company - seeks to recruit a dynamic and experienced professional for the position of General Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee and manage comprehensive security operations across multiple client sites
• Develop and implement strategic security policies and procedures
• Lead, train, and supervise security personnel teams
• Conduct risk assessments and security audits
• Liaise with clients, law enforcement, and regulatory bodies
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and legal requirements

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Criminal Justice, Military Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in private security operations
• Proven track record in security management and team leadership

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ex-servicemen from Nigerian Armed Forces or Paramilitary organizations
• Professional security certifications (PSI, CPP, or equivalent)
• Experience in industrial or corporate security environments
