Student Service Officer

Job Description
- Procurements: Assist in procurements of administrative accessories.
- Student Satisfaction: Achieve a student loss rate below 5% per intake after intake closing.
- Feedback and Complaint Handling: Provide various departments with feedback from students, respond to student complaints, and provide required information about the school.
- Fund Recovery: Achieve at least 93% fund recovery per month based on assigned program
- Assist the Students during Tea break.
- Secretarial Duties: Manage a dedicated email address and handle other secretarial activities.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 1 year work experience.
