RESPONSIBILITIES
Proactively identify potential partners in the EU market, initiating relationships with companies across key industries that need access to skilled African talent.
Design and implement a strategy tailored to the European market, establishing partnerships that align our mission to support global talent needs with high-impact solutions.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partner companies within Europe, ensuring strong, trust-based relationships that drive client satisfaction and repeat business.
Continuously assess European market trends, industry demands, and competitor activities to tailor partnership approaches and ensure alignment with client needs.
Negotiate partnership terms and agreements, structuring win-win solutions that meet both client and organizational goals.
Work closely with marketing, talent sourcing, and client service teams to align partnership efforts with organizational priorities and mission.
Establish KPIs and regularly assess the effectiveness of partnership activities, optimizing strategies based on data and client feedback.
