Minimum 3–5 years proven experience operating large format printers (Eco-solvent, Solvent, UV or similar) in a printing, branding, or signage production environment.
Strong hands-on ability to set up, run, and monitor flex, banner, SAV (sticker), mesh, backlit, and tarpaulin print jobs independently.
Proficiency in RIP software (Onyx, Maintop, Photoprint or similar) including job nesting, scaling, color adjustments, and material setup.
Good understanding of color calibration, print quality control, and ability to identify and correct banding, alignment, or ink flow issues.
Ability to perform routine machine maintenance, printhead cleaning, troubleshooting, and reduce production downtime.
Experience with post-production processes such as lamination, trimming, mounting, eyeleting, and finishing.
Ability to meet daily production targets, minimize material waste, and work efficiently under tight deadlines.
Physically fit, responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to work overtime when required in a fast-paced production environment.
