Job Summary:

Our client in the hospitality industry is looking to hire a meticulous and organized Storekeeper for their rooftop restaurant and lounge. The role involves managing inventory, ensuring the timely supply of goods, and maintaining proper storage practices to support smooth restaurant operations.

 RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries of food, beverages, and supplies.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of inventory.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock audits.
• Organize and manage storage areas, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
• Assist in the preparation of inventory reports and track usage trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in inventory management or storekeeping, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Knowledge of stock control systems and basic accounting principles.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
