Store Clerk at Flour Mills of Nigeria Plc

PURPOSE ​

To support the efficient running of the store by carrying out all operational activities under the supervision of the Store Supervisor/Officer, ensuring availability of stock in good condition and maintaining accurate inventory records.

THE JOB​

• Receive and inspect incoming stock, ensuring proper tagging and storage in designated locations.
• Issue stock items to relevant departments to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all stock movements.
• Monitor inventory levels and initiate stock replenishment when required.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the store always.
• Comply with all QMS/FSMS standards and procedures.

THE PERSON MUST ​

• Have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Have good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Be physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
• Be proactive and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Be reliable and demonstrate integrity in handling stock
• Be willing to work long and irregular hours when required

QUALIFICATION

• 5 O’ level Credits including English & Mathematics in not more than two sittings/Technical qualifications.
• Strictly OND qualification in a related field.

EXPERIENCE​

• Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management.
• Experience in FMCG or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
