About the Role:

9Vectron is recruiting for GrouPower. GrouPower, a leader in the renewable energy sector, is seeking dynamic and results-driven Solar Sales Marketers to join our growing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong sales acumen, excellent communication skills, and a passion for clean energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers interested in solar energy solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Educate customers on the benefits and cost savings of solar installations.
• Generate and follow up on leads to close sales effectively.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to enhance sales efforts.

Requirements:

• At least OND or higher qualification in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in solar, energy, or related industries.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and CRM software for sales tracking.
• Must be residing in FO1, Kubwa, FCT, Abuja (applications from outside this area will not be considered).
