    Social Media Officer

    Job Summary

    • The Social Media Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company’s social media strategy to strengthen its online presence, increase brand awareness, engage clients, and support business growth.
    • The ideal candidate is creative, data-driven, and passionate about digital communication and content creation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s brand and marketing goals.
    • Manage all official social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, and TikTok).
    • Create, curate, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, and copy) that resonates with target audiences.
    • Monitor and analyze social media trends, insights, and performance metrics to improve engagement.
    • Grow followers organically and increase brand visibility across all digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to promote company activities, services, and HR initiatives.
    • Manage paid social media advertising campaigns and report on ROI.
    • Respond promptly to followers, inquiries, and online reviews in line with company communication standards.
    • Track competitors’ social media activities and propose innovative engagement ideas.
    • Support content creation for newsletters, blog posts, and digital campaigns.
    • Maintain a content calendar to ensure consistent posting and alignment with company events.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related field.
    • Minimum of 2–3 years of proven experience managing corporate social media platforms.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and social media analytics.
    • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with attention to detail and design aesthetics.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and content trends is an added advantage.
