Social Media Manager / Content Creator at Resource Intermediaries Limited

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, or a related field (not mandatory if experience is strong).
• Proven experience as a social media manager/content creator in fashion, lifestyle, or retail brands.
• Strong portfolio of past work (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, Pinterest, etc.).
• Gender Preference: Open to all. (What matters most is creativity, fashion sense, and digital expertise).

Duties:

• Develop and execute a social media strategy to build brand awareness and drive sales.
• Manage content calendar for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Snapchat, Threads, and Pinterest.
• Create and edit high-quality photo and video content (product shoots, styling reels, fashion trends, behind-the-scenes).
• Write engaging captions, blog-style posts, and campaign copy tailored to the fashion audience.
• Monitor trends in fashion and social media to keep content fresh and appealing.
• Manage influencer collaborations and brand ambassadors.
• Run paid ads and campaigns targeted at increasing sales and customer engagement.
• Track performance with analytics tools and prepare monthly growth/performance reports.

Other Requirements:

• Must have a keen fashion sense and ability to style and present female wear (dresses, jeans, suits, sets, etc.) in trendy ways.
• Excellent photography and videography skills (using phone and/or professional camera).
• Proficiency with editing tools like Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar).
• Strong understanding of SEO for social media, hashtags, and audience engagement.
• Must be creative, self-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Availability to attend fashion events, store openings, and pop-up activations when required.

Working Schedule:

• Full-time (Monday – Saturday, with flexibility for fashion events, shoots, and campaign launches).
• Hybrid: On-site presence for photoshoots, content creation, and product launches, with remote flexibility for daily posting, engagement, and analytics.
