Prime Atlantic Cegelec is seeking an experienced On‑the‑Job Learning (OJL) Trainer–Coach–Assessor to drive competence development across a multidisciplinary maintenance team on the USAN FPSO.
This role sits at the intersection of training, performance assurance and workforce capability development, ensuring technicians deliver safely, consistently, and to the highest operational standards.
What you will do:
Deliver hands-on coaching and structured on-the-job training
Assess technical competence across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines
Manage assessment records and documentation within the competence system
Design and deliver advanced training interventions
Support national content objectives by developing local technical talent
Who we are looking for:
12+ years experience in Oil and Gas operations or maintenance
Strong background in MEI disciplines with supervisory exposure
Proven experience in training, coaching, and competence assessment
FPSO or offshore production experience is a strong advantage
