On the Job Learning (OJL) Trainer Coach Assessor at Prime Atlantic Cegelec Nigeria (PACE)

• Prime Atlantic Cegelec is seeking an experienced On‑the‑Job Learning (OJL) Trainer–Coach–Assessor to drive competence development across a multidisciplinary maintenance team on the USAN FPSO.
• This role sits at the intersection of training, performance assurance and workforce capability development, ensuring technicians deliver safely, consistently, and to the highest operational standards.

What you will do:

• Deliver hands-on coaching and structured on-the-job training
• Assess technical competence across Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation disciplines
• Manage assessment records and documentation within the competence system
• Design and deliver advanced training interventions
• Support national content objectives by developing local technical talent

Who we are looking for:

• 12+ years experience in Oil and Gas operations or maintenance
• Strong background in MEI disciplines with supervisory exposure
• Proven experience in training, coaching, and competence assessment
• FPSO or offshore production experience is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and leadership capability
