Social Media Consultant at iRecruiters Africa Limited

• The company currently seeks to hire a creative and proactive Social Media Consultant to support its marketing communications team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone skilled in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, and email newsletter management. S/he will play a key role in enhancing the company’s product visibility and engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities Include;

• Develop and manage a monthly content calendar for social media platforms.
• Design engaging graphics tailored to brand aesthetics and campaigns.
• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content (captions, blogs, visuals).
• Manage day-to-day social media activities (posting, monitoring, and community engagement).
• Design and distribute email newsletters, if applicable.
• Work with the team to develop marketing communication materials for products.
• Track and report on performance analytics to inform content strategy.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
• Strong content writing and communication skills.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, ConvertKit) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English (grammar, creativity, and clarity).
