we are seeking for skilled and reliable servers/ waiters to join our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES.

Greeting guests:

• Making a positive first impression and welcoming customers to the restaurant. 

Presenting menus and offering assistance:

• Guiding guests through the menu, answering questions, and making recommendations based on their preferences.  

Upselling:

• Suggesting appetizers, desserts, or drinks to increase the order value and enhance the dining experience. 

Food & Beverage Service:

• Communicating orders to the kitchen and bar:

Ensuring the kitchen staff are aware of the orders and any special instructions. 

Delivering food and drinks:

• Serving food and beverages to the correct tables in a timely and efficient manner. 

Closing duties:

• Assisting with cleaning and organizing the dining area, restocking supplies, and preparing for the next service. 

Additional Responsibilities:

• Teamwork and collaboration:Working with other servers, kitchen staff,  to provide a seamless dining experience. 
• Handling customer complaints:Addressing issues with a positive attitude and finding solutions that satisfy the customer.
