    SEO Strategist

    We are looking for an SEO expert to manage all search engine optimization and marketing activities.

    You will be responsible for managing all SEO activities such as content strategy, link building and keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks. You will also manage all SEM campaigns on Google etc in order to maximize ROI.

    As an SEO specialist, you'll identify strategies, techniques and tactics to increase the number of visitors to a website and obtain a high-ranking placement on the results page of search engines. You will be responsible for various internet marketing activities, including organic search campaign development, search engine optimization, on-page optimization, and performance analysis and reporting. You must possess exceptional hands-on technical SEO knowledge, as well as client communication skills.

    Responsibilities

    • Performing keyword searches in sync with our business goals.
    • A detailed analysis of the results derived that should be in coordination with the website’s structure and the web pages.
    • Should suggest and implement strategies for content development. All the strategies should be in sync with SEO objectives.
    • Assistance in creating and implementing content strategies, keeping in mind the SEO goals.
    • Keep the momentum going with SEO, social media and internet marketing industry trends and developments.
    • Make use of various tools that support the social media strategy of our business.
    • Monitor web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and mark the key areas of importance.
    • Always analyze and keep a tab on the results and the search performance across all the channels
    • Execute tests, collect and analyze data and results, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
    • Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
    • Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
    • Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings.
    • Set measurable goals that demonstrate improvement in marketing efforts.
    • Monitor daily performance metrics to understand SEO strategy performance.
    • Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings.
    • Review web analytics to uncover opportunities for improvement, provide insight and report on program effectiveness.
    • Active engagement in SEO and Search community; keep current on trends and best practices.
    • Employ user experience (UX) and conversion rate optimisation methods to turn visitors into more active users and to help improve website performance.
    • Monitor the algorithms set by the search engines to keep up to date with changes.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
    • Proven SEO experience
    • At least three years of experience in successfully developing and executing SEO campaigns
    • Solid understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
    • In-depth experience with website analytics tools.
    • Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
    • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SEO. 
    • Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods.
    • Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
    • Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools.
    • Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus.
