    Senior Sales Executive(Lgos and Abuja)

    We are hiring a Senior Sales Executive for a leading FinTech company that is redefining financial inclusion in Nigeria and across Africa. This is an in-person, growth-focused role based in Lagos and Abuja, built for a driven performer who excels at lead generation, sales conversions, client relationship management, and revenue expansion.

    The Opportunity

    As Senior Sales Executive, you will:

    • Drive Revenue: Identify, engage, and convert high-potential prospects within your assigned sales territories.
    • Strengthen Pipelines: Build and manage a structured sales pipeline across B2B, institutional partners, and consumer segments.
    • Execute GTM Activities: Carry out field activations, product demos, and marketplace engagements to boost adoption.
    • Deepen Client Relationships: Maintain strong follow-up practices and deliver superior customer experience that supports retention.
    • Provide Market Insights: Share intelligence and on-ground feedback to improve product positioning and sales strategy.

    Who We’re Looking For

    • Proven Sales Talent: 2–4 years in direct sales, field sales, agency banking, fintech sales, or related roles.
    • Performance-Driven: Strong track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
    • People-Smart: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Market-Savvy: Familiarity with the Lagos and Abuja ecosystem and ability to activate local networks.
    • Self-Motivated: Comfortable working with targets, KPIs, and structured reporting.
