Job Description

• The Senior Operations Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across the travel agency’s operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and strong client satisfaction.
• This role oversees multiple teams and functions, translating business objectives into scalable operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for end-to-end travel and corporate travel operations.
• Drive service excellence across ticketing, reservations, corporate accounts, and after-sales support.
• ead, mentor, and performance-manage operations teams and supervisors.
• Oversee and optimise the use of GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, airline policies, and internal controls.
• Manage key corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders at a senior level.
• Identify risks, improve processes, and drive continuous operational improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5–7 years’ experience in travel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong expertise in corporate travel operations and GDS systems.
• Proven experience leading multi-functional teams and managing complex operations.
• Strong commercial, analytical, and decision-making skills.
