Asset Admin / Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) at Engineering Automation Technology Limited (EATECH)

Job Summary:

• Responsible for managing company assets and maintaining accurate records using the ERP system to ensure proper tracking, accountability, and reporting.

Job Description:

• Maintain and update asset records on the ERP system
• Track asset movement, allocation, and usage across locations
• Ensure all asset documentation is accurate and up to date
• Conduct periodic asset verification and reconciliation
• Generate reports on asset status, utilization, and discrepancies
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure proper asset management
• Support data entry, system updates, and ERP-related processes
• Ensure compliance with company policies on asset control

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience in asset management, admin, or ERP-related role
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Good analytical and reporting skills
• Ability to manage data and work independently
