    Operations Manager - Film and Movies

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Manager to oversee and coordinate the end-to-end operations of our film, movie, and entertainment business.
    • The ideal candidate must have a solid understanding of both creative production workflows and operational execution, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, on schedule, and within budget—without compromising creative quality.
    • This role sits at the intersection of creativity, logistics, finance, and people management, supporting productions from concept development through post-production and distribution.

    Key Responsibilities
    Operations & Production Management:

    • Oversee end-to-end operational processes across film and entertainment projects—from pre-production to post-production and release.
    • Translate creative concepts into executable operational plans, timelines, and budgets.
    • Coordinate daily operations across departments including creative, production, technical, finance, and administration.
    • Ensure smooth execution of shoots, rehearsals, productions, and events.

    Project & Resource Management:

    • Develop and manage production schedules, workflows, and deliverables.
    • Allocate and optimize resources including crew, equipment, locations, and vendors.
    • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks.

    Budgeting & Cost Control:

    • Prepare, manage, and track production budgets and operational costs.
    • Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining production quality.
    • Approve operational expenditures in line with agreed budgets.

    Team & Stakeholder Coordination:

    • Serve as the central point of coordination between directors, producers, creatives, technical teams, and external partners.

    Process Improvement & Compliance:

    • Establish and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production and operations.

    • Oversee post-production operations including editing, sound, visuals, and final delivery.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • Minimum 5–8 years experience in operations or production management within the film, movie, TV, or entertainment industry.
    • Strong understanding of creative workflows, production cycles, and operational logistics.
    • Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

    Loan Recovery Agent

    Duties

    • Contacting customers and informing them of their overdue bills.
    • Inform customers of overdue accounts and amount currently owed
    • Collect payment by advising the Customer to pay their loan via the approved channel only.
    • Advising customers on their payment options and suggesting methods of payments.
    • Negotiating suitable payment plans.
    • Ensure all customer information is correct, including phone numbers and addresses.
    • Listen to customer's story and determine if debt can be collected.
    • Record all interactions and commitment to repay debts in the CRM.
    • Writing final notice warnings to customers when payments are not being made.
    • Maintain a detailed knowledge of business processes and procedures
    • Making use of the Customer Service Professional (CSP) behavioural pattern to give an indelible customer experience to ensure successful collection and also for an upselling opportunity
    • Perform other tasks as may be assigned by the Call Centre Management. These instructions would be reasonable and aligned to the Organization’s objectives.

    Requirement and Qualification

    • Minimum of a OND, HND OR B.Sc.
    • A working Knowledge of appropriate CRM software and understanding of the Contact centre Industry.
    • Apt in negotiating and Persuasive skill.
    • Must have 1 to 2 years experience as a Loan Recovery Agent/ Call Centre Agent.
    • Must be experienced in working with targets.
    • Multi-Lingua (Fluency in English, Pidgin and any of the approved native Nigerian Languages.
