Job Summary:
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for leading and managing all human resources and administrative functions to support the organization’s goals. This includes developing HR policies, managing employee relations, overseeing recruitment and onboarding, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and driving organizational effectiveness through training and performance management. The ideal candidate will combine strong HR expertise with sound administrative and leadership skills.
