    Performance Management Specialist

    Job Overview

    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on business performance, key initiatives, and team outcomes across the organization.
    • This role guarantees accurate tracking, documentation, and presentation of weekly deliverables, KPIs, and critical initiatives through clear, actionable dashboards for review.
    • The Performance Analyst will collaborate closely with teams across the organization to maintain focus on priorities and consistently measure progress.

    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics, or a related field with 3–5 years of experience in performance management, HR analytics, or related roles
    • Experience defining, tracking, and reporting on KPIs and organizational performance metrics
    • Proven ability to analyze data, generate insights, and support business decision-making
    • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and performance tracking tools
    • Effective collaboration and stakeholder management skills
    • Clear and concise reporting of key metrics helps inform leadership decisions.
    • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
    • Familiarity with HR systems, business intelligence tools, and data visualization platforms
