Qualifications
Expertise in Recruitment, Workforce Planning, and Talent Management
Experience in Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, and Organizational Development
Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Data Management
Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
Experience with Employee Training, Development Programs, and Performance Appraisal Systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) preferred
Demonstrated ability to work in hybrid settings and manage stakeholders across various levels
