Strong knowledge of Labor Laws, HR Policies, and Compliance
Proficiency in HR Information Systems (HRIS) and Data Management
Effective Communication, Interpersonal, and Leadership skills
Experience with Employee Training, Development Programs, and Performance Appraisal Systems
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM) preferred
