Senior Factory Assurance Compliance Manager at DCSL Corporate Services Limited

Responsibilities

• The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Lead all factory and administrative functions including HR, Security, HSE and factory regulatory and procedural assurance.
• Lead and ensure company legal, regulatory and internal compliance standards are adhered to providing training and guidance on compliance matters.
• Ensure and conduct risk assessments and investigations, while also providing guidance on compliance matters.
• Develop and track various compliance monitoring metrics, key performance indicators, key risk indicators, and key control indicators to ensure consistent framework, standards and risk tolerance are followed.
• Identify and mitigate organisational risks while actively seeking opportunities for Factory expansion and innovation.
• Ensure appropriate escalation of identified compliance issues to relevant senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance or any related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing company with leadership expertise.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing good practice procedure, and factory guidelines and regulations.
• Strong Analytical skills to evaluate complicated regulatory concerns and create workable solutions.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and initiatives, including donor-funded programs.
