Senior Associate (Real Estate and Dispute Resolution)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage legal teams to deliver high-quality legal solutions.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation in Real estate and Dispute Resolution matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents.
- Oversee client relationships, ensuring their legal and strategic needs are met.
- Mentor and develop junior associates to build a cohesive and high-performing team.
- Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations to provide proactive legal counsel.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 7 - 10 years post-call experience.
- Proven expertise in Real Estate and Dispute Resolution, and related matters.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a history of managing teams effectively.
- Prior experience working in a law firm and in a leadership position.
- Must currently reside in Lagos and be ready to start within one month.
