    Digital Marketer

    Job Description

    • Our client in the Information Technology industry is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-driven Digital Marketer to develop and execute innovative digital marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, attract and engage target audiences, generate qualified leads, and drive business growth across multiple digital channels.
    • The Digital Marketer is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that strengthen the organization's online presence and support business objectives.
    • The role involves creating compelling content, managing multi-channel campaigns, analyzing marketing performance, and leveraging digital tools and insights to improve customer engagement, lead generation, and overall marketing effectiveness.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, GEO, email marketing, advertising, and social media.
    • Manage the company's digital presence across relevant social media platforms.
    • Create, edit, and distribute engaging marketing content, including blog articles, social media posts, email campaigns, and digital advertisements.
    • Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats, including LinkedIn posts, X (Twitter) threads, Instagram carousels, short-form videos, email newsletters, and other platform-specific content.
    • Develop and distribute content across relevant digital platforms and online communities, including Reddit, Quora, Indie Hackers, and other industry forums, to maximize reach, increase brand awareness, foster audience engagement, and establish thought leadership.
    • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using digital analytics tools.
    • Optimize website content, landing pages, and customer journeys to improve lead generation and conversion rates.
    • Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve search visibility.
    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns.
    • Utilize AI-powered tools to support content creation, campaign planning, research, and overall marketing productivity while maintaining the company's brand voice.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business objectives.

    Requirements

    • First Degree in any discipline with 1-2 years' experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, or a related role.
    • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
    • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, PPC advertising, email marketing, social media marketing, and content marketing.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Ads.
    • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly.
    • Experience using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude) to improve marketing productivity and content development.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and make data-driven decisions.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and project management skills.
    • Relevant professional certifications in Digital Marketing are an added advantage.
