    Senior Accountant

    The Brands and Marketing manager will develop annual marketing and sales plans on all channels and market segment, formulate long-term business growth strategy in collaboration with executive leadership and manage financial and operational performance across the different channels.

    Successful candidate will lead the process of acquisition, retention and customer loyalty, lead the team in the definition and management of strategic objectives and deliverables for all marketing channels and track the success of the implementation, digital acquisition, maturation and execution of business growth initiatives, business development, and sales across different sales funnels.

    Other responsibilities include:

    • Build, develop and manage the marketing team capable of realizing marketing targets.
    • Communicate the value proposition through technology-centric mission solutions presentations and proposals.
    • Manage outward Client facing relationships and deliver outstanding customer experience with results-oriented approach
    • Define and monitor KPIs to ensure the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the digital programs and marketing effectiveness. etc. 

    Requirement:

    • Bsc/HND/MSc Marketing, Mass Communication or any related degree.
    • 8+ years’ experience growing a consumer brand across the financial/banking,     technological or Manufacturing sector
    • Strong analytical skills to measure activity and drive performance
    • Very strong digital acquisition experience, across all channels, with ideally broader experience across brand, partnerships, and channel marketing.
    • Proven experience leading the growth and launch of multiple product lines or business development strategies in an entrepreneurial environment achieving demonstrated market success; etc.
