Key Responsibilities

• Promote the WiseRent platform within the university and surrounding student communities.
• Identify and approach landlords, property agents, and property managers to register their listings on WiseRent.
• Assist students looking for accommodation by introducing them to available listings on WiseRent.
• Share property listings and WiseRent updates through WhatsApp groups, social media, and other student networks.
• Build relationships with landlords, agents, and student communities to increase property listings on the platform.
• Represent WiseRent during campus outreach and marketing activities.
• Meet agreed weekly or monthly targets for property registrations and platform sign-ups.
• Submit regular activity reports to the WiseRent team on registrations and outreach efforts.
