Position Overview

• As a Senior Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing our financial operations and ensuring the integrity of our financial reporting. You will work closely with our management team to provide insights that drive decision-making and help us maintain our high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
• Prepare accurate financial statements in compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with department heads to ensure alignment with business goals.
• Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to ensure liquidity and compliance.
• Lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and providing necessary documentation.
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Mentor and supervise junior accounting staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred.
• Minimum of 15 years of accounting experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively across departments.
