    Customer Service Executive

    Job Summary

    • The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring timely and accurate order processing, and maintaining excellent service standards.
    • The role requires close collaboration with the sales team to meet customer expectations and achieve organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Assist customers in creating new orders, tracking deliveries, and making changes to existing orders.
    • Work closely with internal team members (Salesmen) to ensure all customer needs are effectively met.
    • Prepare and present weekly sales reports comparing actual sales against projected targets.
    • Generate quotations and invoices for customer orders in a timely and accurate manner.
    • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer complaints, feedback, and resolutions.
    • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and retention.
    • Support the Customer Service Manager in daily operations and administrative tasks as required.

    Requirements and Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in any relevant field.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    Learning and Development (L&D) Manager

    Job Summary

    • Lead the design and delivery of learning programs and strategies that support organizational goals and workforce development in a manufacturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement learning strategies, SOPs, and training prgrams.
    • Manage blended learning solutions: classroom, e-learning, and on-the-job training.
    • Conduct training needs assessments across departments.
    • Design competency frameworks and career development paths.
    • Prepare training materials and analyze training effectiveness.
    • Support talent development from onboarding to leadership training.
    • Lead L&D projects and manage the L&D team.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field.
    • Minimum 8 years total experience; 4–5 years in Learning & Development.
    • Experience in manufacturing setup preferred (ceramic, cement, or glass).

    Skills:

    • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Proficient in Excel and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
    • Leadership and project management capabilities.

    Sales Executive - HVAC Accessories

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a results-drivenSales Executivewith proven experience in theHVAC accessories marketto drive revenue growth, develop new business opportunities, and manage key client relationships
    • The ideal candidate will have strong product knowledge and an existing network within the HVAC industry, including contractors, installers, and project-based companies.

    Requirements & Qualifications

    • OND / HND / Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
    • 2–5 years of direct sales experience in the HVAC accessories or HVAC consumables market
    • Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC products, especially duct tapes and insulation-related accessories
    • Existing relationships within the HVAC industry is a strong advantage
    • Excellent negotiation, communication, and closing skills
    • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused
    • Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools
    • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
