The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering fintech-focused sales and product training programs to improve agent, dealer, and sales team performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and deliver training on fintech products, agent acquisition, and transaction growth.
Conduct onboarding and refresher training for sales teams and agents.
Train teams on KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
Develop training materials, job aids, and digital learning content.
Measure training effectiveness and post-training performance impact.
Support field coaching and ride-along training sessions.

Post-training transaction growth
Training feedback and effectiveness scores
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
2–4 years experience in sales training within fintech, telecoms, or banking.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
Good understanding of digital financial services and agent networks.
