    Sales Trainer

    ROLE SUMMARY

    • The Sales Trainer is responsible for designing and delivering fintech-focused sales and product training programs to improve agent, dealer, and sales team performance.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop and deliver training on fintech products, agent acquisition, and transaction growth.
    • Conduct onboarding and refresher training for sales teams and agents.
    • Train teams on KYC, AML, fraud prevention, and regulatory requirements.
    • Develop training materials, job aids, and digital learning content.
    • Measure training effectiveness and post-training performance impact.
    • Support field coaching and ride-along training sessions.

    KEY KPIs

    • Training completion and certification rates
    • Post-training transaction growth
    • Training feedback and effectiveness scores

    QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business or  related field.
    • 2–4 years experience in sales training within fintech, telecoms, or banking.
    • Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
    • Good understanding of digital financial services and agent networks.

    Sales Operations Support

    • The Sales Operations Support role provides operational, analytical, and system support to Fintech sales teams, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective coordination of sales activities.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms.
    • Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports.
    • Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes.
    • Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics.
    • Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams.
    • Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation.

    Key KPIS

    • Accuracy of sales and transaction data
    • Timeliness of reporting
    • Agent onboarding turn around time

    Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
    • 1–3yearsexperienceinsalesoperationsorfintechsupportroles.
    • Strong Excel skills; CRM or dash board experience is an advantage.
    • High attention to detail and data accuracy.
