The Sales Operations Support role provides operational, analytical, and system support to Fintech sales teams, ensuring accurate reporting, smooth agent onboarding, and effective coordination of sales activities.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and manage sales and agent data across CRM and fintech platforms.
Prepare daily and monthly sales, transaction, and performance reports.
Support agent onboarding documentation and KYC verification processes.
Track sales KPIs, transaction trends, and agent performance metrics.
Coordinate with Product, Operations, Risk, and Finance teams.
Support sales incentive tracking and reconciliation.

Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or related field.
