Job Summary

• The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Growth:

• Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide solutions.

Product Knowledge:

• Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products/services.
• Effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Prospecting:

• Identify and engage with potential customers.
• Qualify leads and prioritize sales opportunities.

Sales Reporting:

• Accurately track and report sales performance.
• Provide regular sales forecasts and updates.

Requirements

• B.Sc Degree / HND qualification in Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in Real Estate / Construction / Coatings.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
