    Sales Representative

    Job Description

    • A sales representative isresponsible for selling a company's products or services by identifying potential customers, building relationships, and closing deals.
    • They play a key role in driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.Their duties include prospecting, presenting products, negotiating contracts, and maintaining customer relationships.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various methods like cold calling, networking, and referrals.
    • Building Relationships: Developing and maintaining positive relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and build trust.
    • Product Knowledge: Having a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.
    • Sales Presentations and Demonstrations: Presenting products or services to clients, showcasing their features and benefits, and addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms of sale, including pricing and contracts, and closing deals to generate revenue.
    • Meeting Sales Targets: Consistently working to meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining and nurturing relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activity, preparing reports on sales performance, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Market Research: Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 4 years of experience.

    • Persuasion and Negotiation: The ability to persuade clients, negotiate terms, and close deals is essential for success.
