    Precision Price Lead Consult, a reputable and fast-growing Finance & Accounting Firm based in Abuja is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Finance Officer with a strong background in banking or credit administration.

    We are specifically looking for professionals who have worked within a commercial bank, microfinance bank, development finance institution, or other lending institution and have hands-on experience managing loan documentation and credit processes.

    Job Summary

    The Corporate Finance Officer will act as the primary liaison between clients and financial institutions, coordinating loan applications from initiation to disbursement. The ideal candidate must understand internal bank credit processes, documentation standards and approval workflows, and be able to proactively manage client applications to successful closure.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Serve as the primary liaison between clients and banks/financial institutions for loan applications.
    • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end loan documentation and submission process.
    • Prepare, review, and compile required financial documents including financial statements, projections, cash flow forecasts, and supporting schedules.
    • Assist clients in structuring loan requests in line with bank requirements.
    • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance of all submitted documentation.
    • Follow up with banks on application status and provide regular updates to clients.
    • Address queries from financial institutions and facilitate timely resolution.
    • Support negotiation of loan terms where required.
    • Maintain detailed records of all loan applications and related correspondence.
    • Monitor disbursement processes and ensure proper documentation post-approval.
    • Provide advisory support to clients on financing options and credit readiness.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
    • Professional qualification (ICAN, ACCA, CFA) or in view is an advantage.
    • Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a commercial bank, microfinance bank, or financial institution (credit, risk, corporate banking, or loan processing unit preferred).
    • High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail.
    • Strong understanding of loan processes, credit documentation, and financial statement analysis.
    • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
    • Ability to manage multiple client engagements simultaneously.
