    Sales Representative

    The Role

    • We are looking for two high-performing, results-driven Sales Executives to join our growing team—one based in Lagos and one in Abuja. You will play a critical role in driving our mission forward by expanding our market presence and building lasting relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Business Development: Identify, generate, and manage a robust pipeline of leads for medical equipment sales across your designated region.
    • Product Portfolio Management: Drive sales of specialized medical technologies including Point-of-Care Ultrasound (POCUS), CPAP systems, oxygen concentrators, maternal health monitors, and neonatal intensive care equipment.
    • Customer Engagement: Conduct compelling on-site product demonstrations, clinical presentations, and sales visits to showcase the value of our solutions.
    • Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with hospital administrators, medical directors, procurement heads, and clinical staff.
    • Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical support and technical service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and after-sales support.
    • Reporting & Strategy: Track sales activities, provide accurate weekly and monthly forecasts, and implement strategic plans to consistently meet and exceed sales targets.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience specifically within the medical equipment or healthcare technology sector.
    • Network: Must possess a demonstrable network and existing relationships with private and public hospitals, health institutions, and key decision-makers (Medical Directors, Matrons, Procurement Managers).
    • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex technical features into customer benefits.
    • Self-Starter: Highly motivated, able to work independently with minimal supervision, and adept at managing your own schedule and territory.
    • Logistics: Willingness and ability to travel extensively within your region for client visits, field demonstrations, and industry events.
    • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and tracking.
