JOB SUMMARY

The Procurement & Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement and supply chain operations, ensuring timely sourcing, cost optimization, and seamless logistics to support the company’s production and business goals. This role involves strategic planning, vendor management, inventory control, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize efficiency and minimize risks.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Professional certifications are an added advantage.
• Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics management, preferably in manufacturing, polymer, or industrial sectors.
• Proven track record of managing vendor relationships, procurement strategies, and supply chain optimization.

SKILLS/ REQUIREMENTS 

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Knowledge of procurement software, ERP systems, and inventory management tools.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive operational efficiency.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Must not be more than 45 years of age at the time of application.
