Facility Maintenance Procurement Officer at a Reputable Company

A distinguished luxury hospitality brand in Lagos is seeking a technically inclined Procurement Officer (Maintenance) to oversee sourcing of engineering supplies, equipment, spare parts, and facility-related materials.

Role Overview

This role ensures that all maintenance-related materials are sourced efficiently, cost-effectively, and in line with operational timelines to prevent downtime and maintain luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Procure engineering tools, spare parts, mechanical and electrical components.
• Liaise with the Engineering/Maintenance team to forecast needs.
• Source reputable vendors for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and facility systems.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts for maintenance services and materials.
• Maintain inventory control systems for technical supplies.
• Ensure timely delivery to prevent operational disruptions.
• Monitor market pricing and recommend budget improvements.
• Maintain proper documentation and vendor records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in procurement, preferably in hospitality or facilities management.
• Technical knowledge of maintenance materials and building systems.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• High level of integrity and attention to detail.

Monthly Salary is N150,000
