Call for Application- Expression of Interest for the Prequalification of Suppliers at Life at Best Development Initiative

The Life at Best Development Initiative (LABDI) is an independent, humanitarian, National Non-Governmental Organization that works to protect the rights of the displaced and vulnerable people during crisis. LABDI provides assistance in the areas of Water Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH), Education, Food Security and Livelihoods, Shelter, Child protection (CP), Gender based Violence, Health and Nutrition. LABDI has been providing humanitarian assistance to the displaced population of North-East Nigeria with offices in Adamawa, Borno and Yobe States. 

The office is seeking prequalify interested reputable and qualified companies that meet the below requirements for the supply and delivery of goods and services for inclusion in the vendor Database.  The Prequalified vendors who meet all requirements will be invited to participate in subsequent closed tenders and request for quotations processes. The categories for prequalification are: 

SELECTION CRITERIA 

Firms and company are required to attach the following documents to their application:   

Mandatory Requirement:  

1. Detailed Company Profile with registered address, functional email, telephone numbers and point of contact for the organization, organogram and CVs of staff. 
2. Evidence of company registration (i.e. Certificate of incorporation Corporate, form CAC7 & CAC2). 
3. Evidence of tax registration with state and federal tax authorities 
4. Verifiable office address in any of the following LABDI’s areas of operation: Borno Office. 

 Essential Requirement  

1. Evidence Previous experience on the specific goods/service. 
2. At least 3 past and current references in line to the category being applied for. 
3. The reference list should include the following: 
   • Name of organization/agency/company for which the services were provided,   
   • Name, address, mobile contact and email of primary contact 
   • A brief description of service provides
