Job Summary

• Speedaf Express Nigeria Limited is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic working environment across our office and operational facilities. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate, logistics, warehouse, or commercial environment and demonstrate a strong commitment to cleanliness, health, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize offices, workstations, meeting rooms, reception areas, restrooms, kitchens, and other assigned areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors, furniture, windows, and office equipment.
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper disposal of refuse in designated areas.
• Replenish cleaning supplies, toiletries, and other hygiene materials as required.
• Maintain cleanliness of warehouse common areas, entrances, and walkways.
• Ensure restrooms are cleaned regularly and adequately stocked with soap, tissue, and hand towels.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to the appropriate department.
• Handle cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and in accordance with company procedures.
• Support office setup and cleaning before and after company meetings or events when required.
• Adhere to all company health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Perform any other cleaning or housekeeping duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Minimum of Senior Secondary School Certificate (SSCE) or its equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years' proven experience as a cleaner in a corporate office, logistics company, warehouse, hospital, hotel, or similar environment.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning methods, equipment, and chemical handling.
• Good personal hygiene and attention to detail.
• Physically fit and able to perform routine cleaning tasks.
• Honest, dependable, and trustworthy.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a logistics, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• Basic knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
